GOOD LIFE YOYOS στο Yo-Yo.gr
Ο Michael Kurti είναι ο εμπνευστής της Good Life YoYos.
Ανακάλυψε το yoyoing στο δημοτικό, πήρε μέρος σε πολλούς διαγωνισμούς και έγινε μέλος της ομάδας της CLYW.
Σήμερα, ακολουθώντας το όνειρο του, δημιούργησε την Good Life YoYos.
Είναι πασίγνωστος στην contest scene επειδή καταφέρνει high-risk μεγάλα trick combos.
Πως έφτασες εδώ;
It all started in a sixth grade classroom for me. Yoyos were the toy to have, walk the dog, around the world, and brain twister being the pinnacle of success. I worked hard and soon enough I was the best yoyo player in my class… Then one day I realized I was the only yoyo player left in class. LOL.
This is when yoyo started taking a new direction in my life; The yoyo was giving me a sense of identity. I was now the yoyo kid because I took it farther than my classmates did. I was completely okay with it and continued to yoyo whenever I could find time. Fast forward through years of countless alone hours practicing, I Had landed myself a great sponsor and was competing nationally doing what I love.
I have always had a dream and felt a responsibility to portray yoyos in a different way, highlighting the awesome community that brings us back time and time again. I want outsiders to get a taste of the magic that happens when we slay the strings. There is so much more that we feel as yoyo players than what meets the eye watching on a screen. A feeling of love surrounds every yoyo event because we all know that our lame toy is bringing us more smiles than anything else in the world ever has.
The culture and lifestyle surrounding the scene has evolved into something truly unique, yet we feel like it may be a hidden gem. Our community is filled with adventurous people who don’t take themselves too seriously, yet are some of the most diversely talented and heart driven people in the world. I’ve always been passionate about spreading this feeling of happiness through the toy and the culture around it knowing I may be giving back to what has given so much to me.

Light-Up Yo-Yo (Τότε και Τώρα)
Τα yo-yo με τα φωτάκια ποιος τα έχει προλάβει; Ατελείωτη χαρά να κάνεις throw με τέτοιο yo-yo!
Δεν σε ένοιαζε που ήταν βαρύ, το spinning κράταγε ελάχιστα και μετά από κάποια στιγμή τα λαμπάκια χάλαγαν,άλλοτε πολύ γρήγορα, άλλοτε πιο αργά.
Η χαρά ήταν τόσο μεγάλη που απλά παράγγελνες ένα ακόμη.
Υπήρχαν ιδιοκατασκευές και μοντέλα από διάφορες εταιρείες, όμως αυτό που αναμφισβήτητα ήταν το καλύτερο ήταν ένα:
Το Pulse της Duncan που κυκλοφόρησε το 2007.
Ήταν looping yo-yo και μπορούσες να κάνεις και τα κλασσικά string tricks του yo-yo.
Τα φωτάκια του άλλαζαν χρώμα και σχέδιο ανάλογα με το πόσο μεγάλο ήταν το sleeping time και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν super mesmerizing! Πολύ δυνατό, φώτιζε όλο το δωμάτιο και τέλειο για βραδινό performance!

Το Vapor Motion στο Spotlight του Steve Brown:
C3yoyodesign has one of the most well-rounded and complete product lines on the market, with something for nearly every taste and need. Magic YoYo has one of the largest ranges of entry level price points for a variety of styles. The two companies met years ago at a contest in China, and hit it off. After bumping into each other again last year, they decided to work together on a new model and we got the Vapormotion, a new fingerspin yoyo designed for high performance at a low price.
The C3yoyodesign x Magic YoYo Vapormotion is a full plastic/metal hybrid, something we haven’t a lot of since YoYoJam closed up shop. An incredibly minimal plastic body holds together two large metal side panels that act as both weight rings and fingerspin cups.
PLAY The C3 x Magic YoYo Vapormotion plays almost absurdly fast! Fans of a quick, light play style will absolutely adore the Vapormotion as it’s perfect for zipping through a ton of tricks quickly with a light touch on the string. It definitely feels like a 64 gram yoyo on the string, with that unique hybrid feel that’s bi-metal performance at a bargain price.
The spin time is pretty excellent, thanks to the extreme weight distribution created by the large metal cup design, and as you can imagine it’s fantastic for fingerspin tricks. If you’re looking for a fingerspin yoyo, you’ve found it. If you’re looking for something that is stable and fast for speed combos, you’ve found it. If you’re looking for something that really doesn’t feel like any other yoyo released in the past couple of years, you’ve found it.
